Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes, we offer a fully customizable track and net sizes that will fit your needs. Contact us and we can start building your new TrackNet Sports Net System.

Do you offer installation?

We install only in our local region of Bismarck, ND. If you have questions, please contact us and we will help with installation questions. A local handyman in your region can help install if you aren’t interested in installing it yourself.

How far away do I need my net from the wall?

We recommend 3 feet. Typically you will need at least 3 feet from any wall that is directly behind your hitting area. This will allow the net to dissipate the force of most shots without any fear of wreaking havoc on your walls.

What is your return policy?

We will offer returns / refunds to undamaged materials within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for questions or problems that would warrant a return/refund.

Will this require two people to install?

We designed the net system to be installed by one person. However, we encourage you to invite a couple buddies and make it a social event. Once you are done with yours, then you can offer to help your buddy install theirs. #teamwork!

How long should the net be?

We recommend going at least a foot taller than your ceiling height. Most garages are 9 feet or an 11 foot ceiling. This allows the net to remain grounded during the strike and always keeps your object within the hitting area.

Is there a warranty on the net?

Full warranty for 6 months on all netting.
